Ini Edo’s Divorce Gets Messier, In-Laws Expose Her Affair With Governor
Ini Edo’s divorce saga just got messier as her in-laws are reportedly threatening to wash her dirty linens in public.
The in-laws have threatened to make public dirty details about her alleged sex life while she was still legally married to her husband, Philips Ehiagwina, while also calling her a liar for saying she never cheated on her husband.

A source close to the family said: “Ini Edo should shut up about the marriage crash because with the way she is going; by trying to paint Phillip as the wrong party, we may be forced to open her can of worms and it will not be palatable to her and her career. I can tell you that Ini Edo is a serial cheat who played the field behind her husband’s back for the duration of their marriage. Is she going to deny she was dating one Island big boy whose girlfriend organised her friends to beat her up and injure her? Ini Edo is not as innocent as she is trying to make people believe or think.”
According to the source, they caught Ini Edo on three different occasions with different men and if she dares them, they will mention the name of a South-South governor she had an affair with.
Also speaking on the matter, a close friend of her husband said: “Did she tell you how Phillip embarrassed her in front of her people when he went to collect his bride price? He told her people the kind of adulterous daughter they have and how she had been cheating on him right from the first day they were married. In fact, he did not want to collect the bride price but her people begged him to collect it as that would free her to get married to another man in the future.”
Meanwhile, Ruth Okoro , the ex-wife of Philip Ehiagwina has since moved on with her life after her ex-husband pitched tent with Ini Edo.
She is now a medical administrator, actress, and model based in Manhattan, New York.

Way back in 2007, a year before Ini wedded her estranged husband,
Philip, Ruth had written an open letter to the popular actress saying:

“Hi Ini, I have information that you are having an affair with my husband, Philip Ehiagwina. He has been deceiving girls all over the place, making them believe he has heaven and earth. You are not the only girl obviously, but Ini watch your back so you don’t regret, I have nothing against you but a piece of advice. I heard that you might be pregnant for him, if it’s true, good luck. I called your manager and told her everything. You are a very pretty girl and should know how to respect your body and pray for the right husband. Do not be carried away by flashy things cause that could be deadly too. All that glitters isn’t gold, remember.”The shocking divorce reports which surfaced less than a week ago, got many wondering what really went wrong. However, the actress took to her Twitter page to confirm the divorce while also denying cheating on her husband.rumors
2015 ELECTIONS: PDP, APC Struggle To Woo Obasanjo
As the 2015 general election approaches, the ruling Peoples
Democratic Party and the opposition All Progressives Congress have begun
a battle to win over former President Olusegun Obasanjo to their side.

It was gathered by Punch that the separate meetings Obasanjo held with Senate President, David Mark, and an APC leader, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, marked the beginning of the last attempt to get his support ahead of party primaries.
At the meeting with Tinubu which was attended by the APC National Vice-Chairman, Segun Oni, Obasanjo was said to have advised the opposition party to choose a presidential candidate with a clean record.
The APC leaders specifically solicited the support of the former president for the party.
It was learnt that the PDP chose David Mark to head the reconciliation team that met with the former president because of his closeness to Obasanjo.
It is a well-known fact that President Goodluck Jonathan and Obasanjo are not best of friends as the former president is in opposition to Jonathan’s second term ambition on the grounds that in 2011, he promised not to re-contest.
A top PDP chieftain who spoke on condition of anonymity however said the president still holds Obasanjo in high regards and believes he can still support him.
Another source who was part of the team who visited Obasanjo in his residence said the meeting which held for about four hours was centred principally on the need for the former President to lend his support to efforts being made by the party to fully re-integrate all aggrieved members back into its fold.
He said: “The Senate President is playing a crucial rule in the current integration efforts by the leadership of the PDP to bring back the aggrieved leaders of our party into the mainstream again and Obasanjo is very key to the success of the team’s assignment. So, that is why we went to him.
“The 2015 elections is around the corner and the leadership of the PDP is determined to ensure success in all the geo-political zones. This will be a little bit difficult if the aggrieved leaders and members are not integrated back to the system.”
Meanwhile, it was gathered that the Obasanjo had not changed his position on Jonathan’s 2015 ambition.
According to an aide to the former President, Obsanjo did not disclose his discussion he had with David Mark and Tinubu at the separate meetings he held with them.
The Independent National Electoral Commission has said party primaries will hold between October 2 and December 11, 2014.
Although the PDP has endorsed President Goodluck Jonathan as its sole presidential candidate, its presidential primary would hold on December 6, 2014.
On the other hand, the APC will choose between former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar and an ex-Head of State, Maj.-Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (retd.) at its national convention on December 2, 2014.

Pregnant Girl Dumped By Boko Haram Not From Chibok
Leader of the Chibok Elders Forum, Dr. Pogu Bitrus, has said
Susanna Ishaya, the girl who was found wandering in the bush about two
weeks ago after being abandoned by Boko Haram is not one of the missing
Chibok girls.

Speaking to Daily Trust, Dr. Bitrus said that they have been able to establish beyond reasonable doubt that the girl was not one of the Chibok girls who were abducted from their school on April 14 by Boko Haram.
He explained that she might have been abducted from a different location and married off to one of the sect’s commanders.

How To Make Governance Less Attractive To Politicians - Atiku Tells FG
The former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, on Monday urged
the Federal Government to transfer some of the powers under its control
which will serve as a way of making governance at the centre less
attractive to politicians.

Atiku stated this in Ado-Ekiti while inaugurating the Oba Adeyemo
Adejugbe General Hospital built by the outgoing Ekiti State government
to mark its fourth year in office.
According to Punch, Atiku who said the rush for power at the centre which he described as too enormous could be reduced by the FG by transfering some of it also advised the FG to limit itself with issues relating to defence and foreign affairs among a few other responsibilities.
According to Atiku: “The Federal Government is too powerful in Nigeria and has taken in more responsibilities than it is supposed to be. There is need to devolve powers to the state and if we move powers to the state government, we should also move resources alongside.
“The Federal Government has no business handling projects in health, agriculture, employment and other sectors. I have always been saying this each time I have the opportunity.
“The Federal Government ought to be left with foreign policy, defence and monetary policy, so that the Presidency can be made less attractive to reduce the tension in the polity.”
He suggested that the sectors which include health, education and agriculture should be left for the state governments to manage while stating that provision of funds and resources should be made available to the states in order to be functional.
Meanwhile Atiku Abubakar described has said the 2015 general elections was another opportunity for Nigerians to vote the APC into pwer and chase out the Peoples Democratic Party, according to Punch.
Atiku who described the opposition party APC as ‘a strong and better organised’ party to tackle poverty and rescue Nigerians from the sufferings brought by the PDP in the last 15 years said:
“Nigerians now have opportunity to make a change and this is the opportunity that should not be missed. Even Ghana, which is less in population to Lagos State had got the opportunity of having opposition winning election at the presidential level.
“Fellow Nigerians, this is the time we must have a change and it is a change we must have.”
Atiku also commended the efforts of Governor Kayode Fayemi in building the hospital, saying it showed his concern for the welfare of Ekiti people.
Meanwhile Fayemi stated his government kept to its promise as the decision of his government to build a new Oba Adejugbe General Hospital was as a result of the former General Hospital being converted to the Ekiti State University Teaching Hospital (EKSUTH).
Atiku Abubakar became Vice-President of Nigeria on 29 May 1999. Just recently he declared his intention to run for presidency in the 2015 Elections under the platform of the opposition All Progressive Congress (APC)

Ex-Nigeria Striker Tells How Eagles Could Beat Sudan
Ex-Nigeria U23 striker Francis Ikechukwu has urged the Super
Eagles over Sudan star forward Mudathir El Tahir as he could
single-handedly wreck the Super Eagles if given the space.

Sudan welcome the African champions to Omdurman on Saturday in continuation of the qualifying tournament for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations with the everse clash in Abuja on October 15.
According to ASO Chlef of Algeria striker Ikechukwu, who played in Sudan for many years, the Super Eagles should watch out for is El Tahir aka “Kareka”.
“Their number 10, Muhannad El Tahir, is a very good, left-footed forward. He plays from the midfield, shoots well and can hold the ball very well. If this man can be marked out, Sudan would cripple,” Ikechukwu said.
Ikechukwu, who himself was close to playing for Sudan in 2012, further informed that Nigeria must go for broke in Sudan if they are to win on Saturday.
“I have played with and against every player in the Sudan national team. I know their weak points. The goalkeeper was the one I scored against in every game I faced him, while I was in Sudan for three seasons,” he said.
“All Eagles need to attack them because their defence can’t withstand pressure, they break down when they are attacked again and again.”
The last time Nigeria visited Sudan was in July 2001 in a decisive 2002 World Cup qualifier and they ran away 4-0 winners with goals from ‘Jay Jay’ Okocha, Julius Aghahowa and Yakubu Aiyegbeni, who grabbed a brace.
The Al Hilal star, who plays behind the top striker, has scored over a dozen goals for his country since becoming an international in 2008.
Sudan are yet to record a point in the 2015 AFCON qualifiers with Nigeria in third place on a point.
Congo are top of Group A with six points from two matches, while South Africa have four points
